“I purchased my property in 2001 and Peter was the agent. Fifteen years later when it came time for me to sell, I searched him out to see if he was still available. I wanted someone who was customer service oriented, detailed, knew the neighborhood and wanted to move the property and not have it sit. I observed other real estate agents and their marketing when I was getting my home ready. I was not impressed by what I considered lazy marketing.
The building has several units for sale and I wanted to see how sales were which could help me determine how mine might sell. A unit that had been renovated, was larger than mine sat for five months and the price was reduced. I went to the open house and was not impressed, the agent didn’t even have signs to direct people. Peter went through my unit in detail and he discovered the square footage was wrong in the records as well as some other units in the building. He also pointed out other neighborhood issues that could affect the sale of my unit and I was able to follow up.

Peter was part of a real estate team when we bought our house in 2001, and (without going into detail) he rescued a transaction after the seller walked out of the room. Really, that happened. We finished signing the papers, and Peter thanked us cheerfully and said he would take care of it and call us when he’d fixed it. We got a call an hour later, and it was fixed. When we sold that house recently, Peter had started working solo. He came up with a great plan, staged the house beautifully, and we sold our house in a week for more than we thought we could have got for it.
